we ask for 48 hour notice or you will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your service cost. exceptions made for cancellations related to illness.  

if you are more than 15 minutes late we will need to reschedule you so we can give you the best service possible.

masks are optional for guests but will be available at the front desk for you. i practice stringent sanitation protocol as advised by the state board.
